Patients can use the Well app to view their health records, book appointments, attend video consultations, request repeat prescriptions, message their GP team, and receive notifications. Implementing a modern digital solution to engage with their primary healthcare provider ensures Newsham Park provides a seamless, high-level of service for their patients.
Designed to meet the needs of consumers and general practice teams, Centrik provides the best possible experience for patients engaging with the Well app, and also for the clinic’s team, and is perfectly suited to achieve the aims of a modern healthcare facility.
Newsham Park have also implemented the Medtech Evolution practice management system (PMS), allowing for out-of-the-box integration with Centrik via Medtech’s ALEX® platform using FHIR.
